Important Medical Disclaimer & Emergency Notice
Information provided on this website is for educational and appointment scheduling purposes only. It is not a substitute for in-person emergency medical care. In the event of acute respiratory distress, seizures, persistent high fevers, or severe dehydration, take your child to the nearest pediatric emergency hospital without delay.
01 Scope of Pediatric Services
Juniors Children's Clinic provides outpatient pediatric consultations, newborn assessments, childhood vaccinations, growth tracking, in-clinic pharmacy dispensing, and basic diagnostic sample collections. All healthcare treatments are administered in accordance with guidelines established by the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP).
02 Appointment Booking & Clinic Etiquette
We value your time and aim to maintain a calm, stress-free clinical setting for infants and children:
- Punctuality: Parents are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled consultation time to record baseline vitals (weight, temperature, height).
- Cancellations / Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your slot, please notify the clinic desk at least 2 hours in advance.
- Walk-in Priority: Patients with severe fever spikes, breathing difficulty, or sudden allergic reactions will be examined on immediate medical priority over routine visits.
03 Vaccination & Medical Consent
Administering vaccinations requires valid parental or guardian presence. Parents must disclose previous vaccine adverse reactions, congenital conditions, or active medications prior to immunization.
- All vaccines are stored under strict cold-chain compliance (2°C to 8°C) in medical refrigeration.
- Parents are advised to wait in the clinic lounge for 15 minutes post-vaccination to observe any immediate sensitivity.
04 Prescription Usage & In-Clinic Pharmacy
Pediatric medications (syrups, drops, suspensions) are calibrated strictly based on your child’s body weight:
- Never alter or reuse old antibiotics or fever dosages without explicit consultation with our doctor.
- Medicines dispensed from the clinic pharmacy should be verified for seal integrity and correct measuring caps before leaving the counter.
05 Parent & Guardian Responsibilities
Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times within the clinic premises, consultation rooms, and play zones. Juniors Children's Clinic maintains a sanitized environment; we appreciate cooperation in keeping common waiting lounges clean.
06 Governing Law & Clinic Information
